Paris Landing

We are in Kentucky Lake Tennessee .  Paris Landing is a marina by Paris State Park. We traveled about 38.32 Nautical miles  today. We saw one barge, a few fishing  boats and 3 Cruisers  on the river.

Scenery not turning to fall yet, but it was only in the 50’s today.  One neat thing was that Barkley  Dam and Kentucky Dams were built to flood the town of Birmingham to control flooding in the Ohio and Mississippi  Rivers. On our Raymarine chart plotter, it shows the town all plotted out with streets and surrounding  roads. They keep the pool of water in the reservoir at 354 feet.
